Hi, I'm Yash Agarwal. Software engineer by training, business operator by trade. Over the last 15 years, I've co-founded a software company, scaled an e-commerce fashion brand with a team of 200+, run sales and marketing as VP at one of India's largest speciality films manufacturers, and led growth as Chief Growth Officer for an agri-startup expanding across new states.
For the last 5+ years, I've built funnels and automation systems for coaches, creators, agencies and service businesses. For the last 6+ months, I've been shipping AI agents at the velocity of a 5-person team, using Claude Code and the modern AI stack.
